What is Amrit Yoga?
Amrit Yoga is a series of traditional Hatha Yoga poses characterized by gentle stretching, extension and holding which engages you in bodily sensations, As we focus on body sensations, the mind becomes absorbed and begins to quiet. We begin to get glimpses of the vast peaceful reality which is always present  behind the constant actions of our minds.

Handed down through a lineage of yoga masters including Swami Shri Kripalvanandji (Kripalu)  and YogiAmrit Desai,the postures and presentation are designed to bring you to the eternal now where sensations of mind and body merge into breath and awareness.

This is a unique blend of gentle postures, breathing, concentration and meditation. When the confliciting forces of body,mind and spirit are harmonized, you enter an experience that is deeply absorbing, relaxing and fulfilling.
